Tech Shield 24|7 offers remote support nationally. We offer same day onsite support to our customers in Michigan and 1-2 business day onsite support for customers located outside of our local footprint.
We used to have an onsite employee responsible for all aspects of our I.T. environment. At that time we were constantly having problems with our I.T.
